Premiere Design Solutions, Inc. (PDS) provided Professional Land Surveying services for a portion of the Arch Diocese Site located in the City of Miami Gardens, Florida at 18330 NW 12th Avenue. 

The overall project site was bound by NW 12th Ave to the East, The Florida Turnpike to the West, NW 186th Street to the North and NW 183rd Street to the South. The focus area of this work proposal was about 7.4 Acres and has an irregular triangular shape and falls within the overall project site, represented in the image above in red. The overall project site was composed of 4 parcels identified by Folio Nos. 34-2102-000-0110, 34-2102-000-0040, 34-2102-000-0042, and 34-2102-000-0041. The work area included undeveloped land with heavy vegetated areas.
