Premiere Design Solutions, Inc. (PDS) serves as the Design Criteria Package Topographic Surveyor for the City of Opa-Locka and their Capital Improvement Plan, to bring water, wastewater and stormwater improvements throughout the city.  Survey work included the collection of all above ground features, topographic elevation cross-sections, research and placement of monument, Right of Way, Easement and Center Lines, draft plats, and generate layered assets in AutoCAD software to represent field data collected.
